Land Use Chair- Clinton Fultz
Clinton A. Fultz is the owner and principal broker of Prime Site Brokers, Inc. which focuses on retail real estate opportunities and represents landlords and tenants in site selection and disposition. Prior to forming Prime Site Brokers, Mr. Fultz honed his craft at The Linder Company (now Sitehawk), RE/MAX Commercial Group, Venture Realty and Century 21 Concept.
He has received several distinct honors including “Exchanger of the Year” (1993, 1999, 2004 and 2008), the prestigious CCIM designation in 1999, and the Wechsler - Smock award in 2000 and 2006. In addition, Clinton is Vice President of District 4 for the Pike Township Residents Association. He previously held board positions at IREX and First Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. Mr. Fultz is a lifelong resident of Indiana and currently resides in Pike Township with his wife Diana. They have two adult children, Tyler and Elaine.
