This committee oversees the expenditure of Coalition funds and reviews monthly financial reports.

Our Land Use Committee, co-chaired by Cynthia Bowen and Clint Fultz, carries out many of the Implementation items in the Land Use Plan. That work includes identifying underutilized land, developing a strategy for a comprehensive infrastructure plan, oversee the creation of gateways and many other activities that will revitalize the neighborhood.

This committee will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that uses a consistent theme.The marketing strategy should also address promotion of local events, such as International Parade. It will develop outreach materials to include public event outreach materials.

In addition to promoting membership, this committee compiles and maintains lists of all businesses, property owners and other important individuals and organizations in the community. It also organizes the monthly meetings of the Coalition.

This committee keeps the world connected to LSAC by maintaining the website and other social media outlets.

This committee organizes our two major events- the annual World of Difference International Parade and Taste the Difference event.
